After Dallas we headed over to Albuquerque for the elder Bair's annual New Year's Eve party. The kids had a few more gifts to open and of course there was ballooning as well. Then we shuffled up the cards for a night of fun with friends. Erin put on an apron and worked for tips.

I enjoyed my Christmas gift from Dave, a discovery flight around ABQ. I liked it so much that I took my 1st official lesson the next week.

Our Albuquerque visit was short but full, we even had a chance to go up the mountain with some friends from Iowa and hang out doing the tourist thing.
