There was hardly time to rest before we were leading Rob and Kara around town. Of course we
took the city bus tour, stopping at St. Patrick's Cathedral, Trinity College and Guinness. It was a full day, we even
got a sitter for the kids so we could hand out all day, just like old times!

We took a little diversion down to Powerscourt on Wednesday. It was chilly but worth the view.
We even took a few minutes to play before going in search of the local fauna on our way out. |

Nice day for a slide |
Headed south to Cork. |

Thursday we headed out on our grand adventure south to Cork. We stopped in at the
Rock of Cashel, before catching the last Jameson tour of the day in Midleton. Dave and Rob volunteered for the
taste test. Kara sampled of few of Rob's drinks, one of them didn't go down so well. |

We stayed in a nice little BnB on Swan Lake, just outside of our old town, Midleton.
Andrew's old minder took the kids for the day as the four of us headed over to Blarney for the day. We made our way up
to the castle as we had several times before, but upon inspection of another path, we discovered a whole new section of the grounds
we had never seen before. Areas full of druid rock formations, caves and huge trees with branches that grew every
which way. We did finally make it to the top of the castle where the traditional kissing of the stone was documented! |

It was a full week, certainly whirlwind by any standards. We headed back to Dublin on Friday
and took a typical walk along the shore on Saturday. Our friends had one more night out at the pubs before heading to the
airport. Slan! |

And then back to Dublin
